first pair of saddle bags

Recommended Posts

Hey all, completed my first pair of saddle bags with my new Artisian 3000 today! I am still getting used to the machine, so I thought I would use a less expensive brown oil tan leather for the bags, and keep them on the plain side. The bags don't really go with my black saddle, but that's OK,....will sell them on ebay. My mare "Sheerah" helped me out with the photos. The last photo is thrown in for good measure...it is Tami, my wife, and I on a Labor Day trail ride here in north Georgia, and of course our horses, "Sheerah" and "Rowdy". :cowboy: Tim

Hi Tim,

Hey I'm near you! I live in Holly Springs (exit 6 off 575). When we ride locally we usually ride at Jake Mt.

Nice saddles bags. I'm still getting use to my Artisan 3000 slowly but surely.

I just finished these saddle bags today for a friend.

Take care,

Art

Thanks for the kind words, ArtS ! Ya, I'm just up the road a ways from Holly Springs...small world! Are you a member of The Cherokee Saddle Club, or Bent Tree Saddle Club? We ride with Bent Tree, but missed the ride to Jake Mt. a few weeks ago.

Tim
