ACE Report post Posted January 12, 2009 Where can I find the metal pieces that are on the ends of a doctor's bag or carpetbag? They have a hinge and allow the bag to open and close. I've found websites that sell the bags, but no one will share where they get the hardware... I'm also having trouble finding a square, brass, size 18 zipper slide. My riding coat has worn like iron, but the front zipper finally bit the dust. I dread having to replace the entire zipper...it would be a major operation and I'd have to find someone else to tackle it....by then winter will be over! THANKS.
