Sean, I didn't know either, I tried it with this project and it worked. Not good for a lot of detail, but a simple design will work.

Do you shape the leather with a vacuum mold, or wet form it. Also do you have gun molds to help with the patterning/shaping? I've been looking for some, but have been unsuccessful. Your work look like an experienced craftsman did them, not a beginner. Very nicely done! Dan

I was wondering where you get your plastic gun molds? I have had a few inquiries about custom holsters, but I can't make the patterns without having the shape of the fire arm. Beautiful work! Thanks for any help, Dan
