New guys are NOT EXCLUDED.... You have to get a start somewhere. Masters are not excluded either..... Send me a couple of photos of your work and a little background. I'll send the top five craftsmen a very detailed description for a financial bid. I know the old saying about "you get what you pay for". I wont necessairly go with the lowest bidder.
