If I Dye Something Too Dark, Is The Any Way To Make It Lighter?

Ya so, the Fiebings Medium Brown came out a bunch darker than expected. Any way to lighten it a bit, or is it destined for the circular file?

I'd give Oxalic acid a try before round filing it.

I know what you mean on the medium brown though...nothing medium about it. I have found that mixing it into a jar of Saddle tan gives a better 'medium' color.
