    Buckles

    Very interested!
  2. You don’t have an extra line 24 stud die do you?
  3. admin / mod please delete
  4. For sale, $100. + shipping the cart buckles are chrome plated solid brass
  5. Does anyone have or know where to get just this piece? I seem to have lost/thrown away.. they sent me a different one that’s half as long and doesn’t work, that’s what they have now at OTB
  6. Do you happen to have a 1412 stud setter?
  7. Thanks guys, it sounds like it’s probably ok then. I don’t really need it to do those long stitches, I just started wondering if there was something wrong with it, since I had read about bigger stitches on other machines.
  8. Ok, thanks. I’ve heard of patchers doing 1/2” stitches I think, so I thought this might supposed to be able to do that too.
  9. The longest stitch I’m able to get is about 3/16” , the adjuster moves smoothly and goes from tiny to this. I’m using 23 needle 207 thread. Should be able to do bigger?
  10. Sold, please delete. Thnx
  11. Item has been sold, please delete. Thank you!
  12. As of now I have a buyer, pretty sure it’s sold, but if anything changes I’ll follow up with anyone else interested. thanks
  13. So sorry, just saw this. I have a buyer offering more, but if it fake through I’ll let you know.
  14. If you’ve never made shoes, you are probably a few years away from being able to do what you are trying to do, and that’s with a lot of serious study. There is so much more to it than making a cover for your foot. i learned a ton in the crispin colloquy, there’s a FB footwear makers forum. the best book you can buy is bespoke shoemaking by Tim skyrme. You can use a singer 31-15 or 31-20 to do almost all the upper making. a shoe patcher leaves marks and doesn’t leave stitches looking very nice. expect much disappointment and Frustration. It’s possible, but not at all easy
