lilwaysleather Report post Posted August 25, 2015 ricking Iron- I got this about a year ago but have only used it maybe twice because I already own a 9 & 12 api iron. Was $95 plus tax and shipping. Will sell for $75 shipped Awl- These are widely considered the best awl blades around. It is VERY sharp & polished. Next to it is a vergez blanchard for comparison. This awl blade comes shipped about 2.5 inches which I found way too long for the work I do so I cut the bottom off (maybe 1/4") with a dremel. The bottom didnt cut off perfectly straight but it sits in a awl handle perfectly fine. It is still too long for my liking so it could be cut a bit more by someone with more experience and straight this time. This was $27 new plus shipping. Will sell for $20shipped.
