  1. I prefer to hand edge. I fear getting older maybe causing some issue.
  2. I am contemplating purchasing an EZ edger from Weaver. Anyone have any experience with one. Any good. Having some issues with my elbow and hoping this will take some of the wear and tear off.
  3. I sent your pictures to Tony along with the model number. I couldn’t help but be curious since I own 2 Bull’s plus use one at my work. I’m a big fan. He told me it is a special square feed machine. I had to look up square feed not being familiar. He said they were not that popular. Hope that helps.
  4. Does the block on the front have a purpose?
  5. I wonder if SO means special order.
  6. Interesting. Your machine is definitely a little different, with the front block above the needle and your throat plat is different. Also looks like a shorter clearance in the throat. If you really want answers I would contact Tony Luberto. He made the maintenance video for Ferdinand and was with the company for a number of years before going out on his own with the Windham Cub.
  7. So this is the Bull at my work. You can see it is a 900B and built in 1994. Numbers are on the body not the plate.
  8. I believe you have a 900B bull. It should have a number stamped under the top inspection plate. That will have the production date and model number.
  9. I am considering selling my throat plates and foot for my Ferdinand harness stitcher. These are very special as I have never seen them before. They came with my Bull that I bought several years ago.
  10. Joel I did post the model. It is a Landis Model 30. Thanks for the link but it was of no help.
  11. Looking for a 6 inch blade for my Model 30 splitter. Maybe me chipped today. I’ll get it sharpened tomorrow but want to keep a spare on hand. For the next time.
  12. Think I’ll be heading to Ace Hardware tomorrow.
  13. Has anyone used this die sharpener? I acquired some die’s that came with a press I purchased. They are in need of sharpening.
  14. Eddie yes it does. I was going to see how far I could disassemble it to move. Such as the plates. But I think I’ll leave them alone. Thx
