Hi folks
This my first post. I've been around for some time, but really didn't have much to share or contribute. But now that I have finally learned to post pictures, I have a few to share. I pulled this picture off the military horse forum. Simple, clean, and looks like very easy to make. I have no idea about the base. I can only guess. The fact that it looks so utilitarian makes me suspect it to be G.I., where thousands were probably made under contract. Any thoughts?
