I'm being picky here, I notice that you bumped up against your border with either your beveler or lifter. I've done the same thing on occasion and get my butt chewed by my teacher. Again, Nice work! Thanks for catching the banged up border, I was so busy trying not to forget any shading or decorative cuts that i forgot to smooth out my border. I have a question. TimKleffner Report post Posted February 12, 2010 Hi Tyrel When your tooling the sequence is thumbprints, lifter then beveler. A trick that Chan Geer [not to be a name dropper] taught me is to go back over your thumbprints and tip your tool back and enhance the tip of the print where the beveler has pushed the leather in. Other wise your tooling looks great. Clean and smooth. Keep up the work If I can help, let me know. I'm in here most every day and in chat room in the evenings. That is very nice work, Tyrel. I have been a member here for awhile but I think this is my first post. I just wanted to compliment you on your ability.
