I was at the Tandy store over the weekend and the lady gave me a slip of paper with a recipe to clean leather. I know it contained vinegar, acetone, distilled water and denatured alcohol. Does anyone have this recipe?

I think so. I'll look out in the shop tomorrow and post it here.

This is what was on that note:

Dye Prep

5 parts distilled water

1 part white vinegar

1 part denatured alcohol

1 part acetone

Mix ingredients together and apply to leather. If using this formula to kill mold, do not mix in the acetone. This will make a great mold killer.
