My Own Personal Shark Week....

Recommended Posts

worked up a couple new rigs this week.... both were new patterns for me and my first time working with shark skin.... these were also the first two rigs sewn on my new Cowboy stitcher.... still have a bit of practice to do with the stitcher, but I don't think it's too bad for my first attempts....

Looks pretty darn good Josh. Nice work with the shark overlays. The stitching looks good except for a couple of dead soldiers on the back and that just takes a little practice to only noodge when the needle is down and pressor foot up. Over all though really nice.

That is where the top thread gets pulled through and show on the bottom.

Very, very nice work. Nothing at all wrong with those. Great job, amigo.

Where did you get the shark?

Beautiful holsters. Can I ask how you did the shark overlays since I would like to try some exotics. Specifically what weight leather you put it on and what you used to glue it. My concern is the edges of the overlay between the stitch and the edge of the leather, I'm afraid it will come up if that makes sense.

sweet looking Sharkies!

Liking the Avenger type out of the two most, but both are very *nice* in all sense of the words meaning...
