4" Seamless Roller Buckle

Hello,

I am in search of a seamless 4" roller buckle.

So far I have only been able to find a 4" buckle through Weaver, but after speaking with their customer service was told it was NOT seamless. I also took a look through Ohio Travel bag's catalog, but did not see a 4" buckle.

Does anyone know of anywhere I can find a seamless 4" roller buckle?

It sounds like you only need a few of them. The answer would be easy if you needed 1000 to 5000 of them. Your best bet might be to call or email someone who makes high end lifting belts and see if they will sell you some. You would be surprised how willing people are to help you out if you approach them in the right way.

I think it's safe to say no one has good quality 4" *seamless* roller buckles in stock. I have seen low quality 4 inch roller buckles before but they were just left overs or discards from large custom orders for people making Santa belts and lifting belts. Most of the lift belt companies just use the cheap 4 to 6 inch roller buckles that they order custom made by the 1000s.

Thanks for the reply! I am looking to possibly manufacture a product that will use this buckle so I will need more than a few, but 1000 may be pushing it at the beginning.

I am still in search of this 4" seamless roller buckle. I have called numerous companies, and no one seems to carry them. They either have a seamed roller, or will do a custom one with minimums of 1000-2000. I am looking for around 50-100 initially.

Anyone have any other ideas? Or know off hand what the benefit, if any, is with going with a seamless roller on a buckle?

I am sorry to kick a dead post, but did you have any luck?  I am also looking for 4 inch roller buckles and have scoured the internet with nothing to show but excessive minimum orders.

Not sure what quality you are looking for but this will get you going without a huge minimum order.

That's hilarious! I found this listing last night and was just about to post it here for others who might be looking. I convinced him to change his shipping setup to ship to Canada, possibly international as well for those outside North America

Are you sure? I ordered my double and single prong from you guys, they are both seamed. The seam splits and the roller bends over time.

Yes, we made the change for the new catalog in April.  All stock currently should be seamless.
