pete Report post Posted February 12, 2014 make one out of cardboard. Heavy posterboard works well, or use a cardboard box as it may be the same thickness as the leather you want to use. Just make sure that you fold lines are OUTSIDE the edges. If you cut/groove ON the edge line the finished product will be too small all around. You need to take the thickness of the leather into you computations.
