Scratched Upholstery - What To Use

Good Morning:

I was asked to look at and possibly repair some scratches in a leather couch. The material is not cut and the scratches a re very superficial but have removed the color. Is there a way to wax out the scratches or some other substance that would mask the scratches without hurting the leather upholstery? Would this require covering the entire couch to get a smooth overall appearance?

I don't usually do this sort of repair but it could lead to other business so I don't want to blow it. I appreciate any assistance and direction.
