Looking For Someone To Make This Belt For Me

Hello. My name is Jay and I am new to this forum. I was referred here after I contacted a few leatherworkers through their websites who would not be able to assist me by making this belt.

Anyway, here is the pattern of the belt I would like to have made.

The belt is 3.5" and tapers to 2 1/8" on each end. 39" long and would have to be cut out of a 6" leather strip. The color would be black on both sides and would need black stitching 1/4 from the edge throughout the entire belt. Nothing fancier. I suppose the thickness may have to be a bit thicker than that of a standard mens belt. (I'm not sure of the ounce)

I would genuinely appreciate if any of you capable of making this belt for me can pm me with an estimate on what the cost would be to make it. If I agree to comission you to make this belt for me, I can mail the buckle and pattern to hopefully make things easier when carving it out. I am open to buying from anyone in North America should we strike a deal. And I apologize if this isn't the way business is conducted here.

I'm interested but I would like a little more info. Do you want double and stitched? Or just a single layer of leather with stitching on it. Is there any tooling on it or just left plain. Looking at the picture I can't figure out how the buckle is to be attached. What kind of buckle is it. Sorry for all the questions but I'm just trying to get a better idea of what your after.
