Angelus Acrylic vs Resolene

I currently use Resolene to finish my items and I'm pleased with the results.

I'm considering trying Angelus Acrylic finisher in order to 'see what else is out there'. I'll also be switching to Angelus dyes and changing a little of my production process.

Anyonew have any experience with Angelus finish, either the semi/gloss or the satin formula? I'll be using this on modern holsters and belts.

I have never used Relolene but I have, and I do still use the acrylic finishes from Angelus, 3 of them (matt, satin and gloss). In my experience they are the same (?) as the Super/Satin sheen etc, I don't see no difference.

Weaver has an LCI product called Tuff Cote (comes in clear and black, which I've read can also be used as an edge finish), which has a satiny finish. Here's some information From the DYO site for a similar glossy-finish product:

Application: Spray or Manual

I'm putting in an order first of the year for the Tuff Cote and a waterproofing Top Coat #200:

A solvent-system, semi-gloss, waterproof/protective coating. Excellent

adhesion and flexibility. Spray application. If thinning is desired, use

LCi Thinner only.
