I have a Juki DDL-5530 Industrial Sewing Machine with table. I owned and used it for about 6 months and now I no longer need it. It works great, but may need a tune-up. I have never used the lamp, so I don't know if it works as I do not have a proper bulb on hand to test it out. I'm including an almost full gallon of oil, a machine cover, an owner's manual, and some other accessories & parts.
