  1. This is the one I bought (in fact, I bought both but since you mentioned that the other is for line 24 so I went to get this one). I am still not sure how to use this one for line 20 though. Sorry for late reply. It took me a while to take photo and upload. Thanks for the reply though. Thanks Bill...that is the tip I learned in hard way too Now I could use the Osborne set but still not really confident to get it right every time.
  2. So much fun to see all these steps. They also inspire me. Can't wait to see your new piece!
  3. Hi Dwight,After I read your reply, I got one from Hobby Lobby but the instruction is so poor. Tried to figure but still no success. Is it possible for you to post how to use the tool? Thank you
  4. How about thinner and softer vegtan? I just got vegtan goat hide from Tandy which is quite thin and soft. It's discontinued so the price was good. I used to work part time as a sushi chef and used small towel to wrap around my knives when took them to work. If the knives are not kept in sheaths (mine are kept in wood covers), tip of the knives can pierce into the flap of the roll case. I also have a roll case from Global and have that problem with yanaki knife. For cleaning issue, I always clean all knives well (and sharp) after work before put them back into the case. So I never have to clean the case.
  5. Thanks. I'm very interested but too bad, I'm not in SF area. By the way the correct address is www.AprilinParis.us though. The link for the school is http://www.amblardleatheratelier.com/.
