I'm a knifemaker living in Yucatan Mexico. I found I had a copy of Tandy's Make It With Leather - November 1981. In this issue is an article titled "A Brief History of Leather Ornamentation" by Alan Dale. It's apparently part one of a multi-part article. It's very well written and illustrated and I'd really like to read the rest of it. If any one has the issues that contain these articles, I'd really appreciate knowing which issues I should be looking for, or if someone is willing to scan and email them, that would be great too. Or are any of these old issues viewable online somewhere?

Alan wrote quite a few articles on designs and history for MIWL. Very good articles.
Greetings from Central Texas!
