Hi all
I received an email stating that Paul Burnett had passed away, I find it interesting that there is no mention of this on the forum.
Can anyone confirm this or have I been sent a malicous email

China, yes it is true.. You might want to check out his web site "Painting Cow" ,there might be some details still on there.

I guess it's all pretty raw for us. Paul was a good friend to many of us. We received this from his wife a few days after his death. Our hearts are heavy- RIP Paul.

It's with great sorrow that we send out this notification. For those
of
you who haven't heard, the creator of Painting Cow - Paul Burnett -
passed
away Friday evening, 2/24/2012. Paul's legacy will carry on
through the
Painting Cow business, which will still offer his
instructional material,
leather jewelry, and project kits. Over time,
we will also be adding some of
Paul's unpublished (or republished)
material.

Please take a moment to visit www.paintingcow.com to view Paul's
final
words to the leather community. If you have a good story or
some
parting words, feel free to leave a comment. We appreciate all
your
support.

A very sad loss indeed. Paul was talked about for many days via emails, phone calls and Facebook quite a bit and to clear up the misconception, his passing was also posted about here on LW.net in two different threads:
