Use a medium size figure beveler and bevel the cut lines. When beveling, lines inside the body fade out so try to lessen the force you use on the beveler as you come to the end of a line. Your beveling may be rough at first, but that can be cleaned up later with a modeling tool. We want to bevel with quite a bit of force. This will allow the bevel lines to show through on the back side
