    Thanks for the response Cowboybob! Can you please explain where exactly on the machine I should be looking to tighten screws. My stitch length just keeps changing on its own do you think it needs to deal with the feed eccentric gib?

    DC I have tried all your suggestions but it still seems to be stitching inconsistently. The stitch length in reverse is not the same length as forward. The stitch length changes every time I reverse and then go forward again. Any other suggestions? =) I have even tried adjusting the feed eccentric gib.

    Its clearly a 1 as the next number is 4. Still giving me a tight stitch, I then switched to 4 and it sewed an even smaller stitch. Today I tried again on 4 the stitching seem a little bigger but then ir started sewing small again. Why is it changing the sticting? Very annoying....Please help. Stitching keeps changing by itself is there a place on the machine i need to tighten?

    Why is the stitching length change by itself when I'm sewing? It switches to a different stitch size after reversing and going forward again?! This is so frustrating hopefully someone out there can answer this?

    Hi everyone I just purchased a juki-lu 563 I'm a first time user so its all new to me. Ive been having a problem with the stitch length sometimes it will stitch the length i want and after a very short time it starts stitching very small? Any ideas of why this is happening? The machine is threaded correctly and I've tried messing with the tension but nothing seems to work. please help! =)

    Hi everyone can someone please help me figure out how to get larger stitching on my juki 563. Ive tried rotating the adjustment wheel to the biggest stiching length however it just keeps stitching small!
