    Harvey- the tooling and painting part was a little over 20 hours, construction somewhere between 4 and 6 and the lacing was done in front of the TV... so total maybe 35 hours?? I don't really tally hours when it is for me or immediate family. That Labor of Love stuff!! WinterBear- Have fun making one of your own, it is well worth it. To everyone else: Thank you!
