Hello, I am getting a custom leather piece made and would like to have a dark violet antique finish. My friend who is making the piece uses Eco-Flo Gel Antiques. I read a post about mixing another brand of Dye and Antique and I am wondering if I can mix Eco-Flo Leather Dye with Eco-Flo Gel Antiques? Would Deep Violet dye into Mahogany Gel Antiques come out as violet or would I be better off mixing Violet Dye into Tan Gel Antiques? If I cannot mix Dye into Gel Antique would applying a Dye after a Gel Antique work? Thanks Dean Clueless about leatherwork
