I was wondering if anyone on here had experience using Martin's mix and/or QuikSlik. If you have used them, which one do you prefer and why?

Hi, I am currently looking for a sewing machine but I don't know what I'm looking for and I don't have too much money to spend on one either. There is a Singer 111G156 industrial Sewing Machine for sale in my area for $450 and I was wondering if it was a good deal and/or if anyone had experience with the machine and knew if it would hold up to stitching projects like belts, purses or wallets? I would really appreciate some help. Thanks
