I was just gifted from a dear friend an old Rios Saddle. I'm trying to figure out who this saddle was custom made for-it does have a number punched into the leather under the fender. The number Is 002383. Any suggestions on how to find this info out...I don't believe the Rios Brothers are still alive ;-( Appreciate any help/guidance.
