help on older singer 29 id and missing parts

I picked this up I think it is an earl Singer 29. It's all free but the hold down foot has no pressure. I think it's missing the bar on the back where would i find one or the specks to make it? also missing the pin by the bobbin. is this threaded can i find one or specks? Thank You John

i have what i believe is an older singer 29 looking to see what parts i am missing. the presser foot has no hold down but all is free and moving
