  1. I might be able to get to #23 with the ratchet and/or a very thin walled socket but the access to #27 is not exactly straight and might not be able to get to it easily with a ratchet.

  3. I acquired a Juki DLN-415-5 but it has a broken take up lever. I have the replacement part on hand but I'm struggling to removed the entire assembly to get it out. Two screws that hold the take up lever assembly to the counterweight are seized. Without being able to remove these screw I can't remove the assembly. I've tried penetrating lubricant and some heat from a heat gun but no luck. Does anyone have any suggestion? Thanks Michael
