  1. I had picked up a 5 in 1 a long time ago without a gear cover. I tried hard to find one but couldn't. I had asked a friend of mine with a 3D printer if he could design something to work. He said he could so I passed it off to him, he used his engineering mind to make a handful of trial and error runs before printing off the perfect fit for the cutter, he even threw my logo on it and painted it to match. I couldn't be happier, and I wanted to post it on here to in the event that someone else has a Champion 5 in 1 that is lacking a gear cover, or has a cracked cover - as he saved the file and would be happy to print more. It is plastic, but it will keep dust and your fingers out just the same. He saved the file for this, if you have a Landis you would probably have to be local and be ok giving up the cutter for a little while. Local meaning WA, or at least the pacific northwest.

  3. Hi There I am relatively new to rawhide and kangaroo but have been braiding paracord and making other leather items for a few years now, I am based between New Zealand and Australia and am having trouble finding a leather cutter/ beveler that will be suitable for rawhide mainly. I would appreciate any recommendations. I would prefer not to buy from the US if possible because the postage rates to here are horrendous Thanks in advance

  5. I have 2 machines for sale, local pickup only. Here's the details! Local pickup only- I'm in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, NY. $1500 - Highlead Sewing Machine I'm selling my brand new Highlead industrial sewing machine. Bought in December but I'm moving and need to sell it. It is in excellent, brand new condition. On par with Juki machines but half the price. I've always used Juki machines and I am highly impressed by this brand- much better than Consew. Very smooth sewing, no skipped stitches. It has a backstitch function and a heavy duty motor. Takes B-69 thread. Great for everything from denim to 7/8 oz leather at the thickest. Comes with bobbins. Check out their website: http://www.highlead.co.uk ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- $2,000 Clicker Machine I'm selling my Tippmann Boss that is only a few years old and barely used. It has a minor leak in the back that I've been told is easily fixed- I can recommend a guy to help with this. Aside from that it is in superb condition. I will include 2 used cutting boards with it as well. I can do local pickup only and you will need a small forklift or many very strong helpers- it is HEAVY. 6. This is the Accucutter shear table set up, this is a 13 inch table the details of this machine are below as taken from the website specs on this item It will cut both metal and leather. I had to close down my business due to family issues and looking to sell off equipment to pay for major expenses. This machine is in great working condition. Just selling as a matter of closing the business. Located in Snellville, ga, just outside of atlanta, prefer pick up or meet up to deliver, as this item is heavy retails for 1295.00 asking 750.00 or best offer please contact me a michelletherrien92416 @ gmail.com if you are interested Model 4001 Heavy Duty Guillotine Shears The 4001 Guillotine Shears are classic guillotine style bench shears that offer the precision, flexibility and ease of use required by the most demanding operators. The 4001 is available in either 7" or 13" size and the new 19" size. The 13" shear is available with air power. (Click here to go directly to the section on air power.) The 13" version has been in production since 2002. It was reviewed by Stephen Spence for the Engravers Journal. He called it "...the best shear in the industry." Click here to read the complete review by Stephen Spencer in the September 2006 issue of Engravers Journal. At first the 4001 series appears to be identical to the original 3001 series designed and developed by Accucutter® for light weight materials. The 4001, however, is substantially different having been strengthened to enable it to cut .080" aluminum and other heavy materials. The improvements include the following: ● Use of steel. All aluminum has been removed from the cutting action of the shear. In addition the end plates of the shear now are made from plate steel. ● Strengthened upper blade guides. The front and back upper blade guides are machined as a unit from a single piece of steel. ● Upper and lower blade supports. In addition to making both the top and bottom blade holders out of steel, stiffeners have been added to both blade holders of the 13" shear. ● Vertical blade attachment. Both the top and bottom blades are mounted vertically which is the strongest position. They are also set in milled pockets that provide a flat mounting surface and support the top edge of the blade. ● Interchangeable blades. The top and bottom blades for metal are identical. ● Top blade adjustment. Many heavy duty shears require that the frame be loosened in order to adjust the bottom blade. On the 4001 the bottom blade is in a fixed position. As a result, the 4001 shear frame does not need to be loosened to adjust the bottom blade and remains tight and adjusted. The top blade is adjusted by the use of pressure plates on the front and back of the top blade holder. ● Aluminum Bronze pressure plates. The four pressure plates that are used to align/adjust the upper blade are made from an aluminum bronze alloy that has great resistance to wear and abrasion. ● Oil impregnated bronze bushings. The main pivot points of the shear action have oil impregnated bronze bushings for long wear and ease of maintenance. Flip-Up Hold-Down Accucutter®’s exclusive “Flip-Up Hold-Down” is standard. When in the down position, it not only is a finger guard, but it also automatically applies pressure to the material to facilitate smooth, accurate cutting. When necessary, the hold-down may be flipped up out of the way to permit easy access to the blades. Movable Handle The shear handle may be installed on the left or right of the shear enabling right handed and left handed operators to use the same shear. Precision Drop-Off Bar The Precision Drop-Off Bar is full width and is an invaluable aid for making accurate, repetitive cuts. It is mounted to the top blade carrier. In this position it moves up and down with the top blade. It is above the material and doesn't interfere with the material as it falls away from the shear after it is cut. It slides on two alignment rods and is locked in position by turning a knob on each rod. Step Ruler The typical ruler is a stamped piece of thin metal. The ruler from Accucutter® is machined from a solid piece of steel. There are six separate steps involved in its manufacture with the last being a precision grinding of the front edge to insure that the ruler is straight and true. Because of its thickness, it is very stable, and the edge will not lift or distort allowing material to slide underneath the ruler. Lastly, the ruler is stepped to place the measuring edge close to the work surface for easier reading. The ruler is graduated in 1/16th's of an inch.
