"Peruvian" saddle ID

I was gifted this cool saddle, could use help IDing the maker/model. Person who gave it to me said it's "Peruvian" but I'm not inclined to agree... More endurance/trooper, no?

 

Anyway, give me a shout if you know the maker! No mark or serial no. that I can see
