I am getting a diode laser in the near future would be curious about your process if they are lasered.

Yes the letters and eagles are lasered the eagles are hand painted with acrylic paint

I have a 60 watt co2 laser which I use to cut the leather and engrave. .I don't hink a diode will cut veg tan, it will engrave but will most likely be very slow.

Thanks for the info. I am getting one for free from a friend that has a large Instagram following so he keeps getting lasers given to him by Chinese companies for him to test. 

Can't argue with free so I will do my best to make the most of it

thanks guys I try to get better with each project. What I see and read here has been a big help. I'll have to try carving sometime.
