Need advice

Recommended Posts

We have recently run into an issue with our products.  As you can see in the pictures the stitches are "pulling" showing all of the stitch holes and thread.  The product is constructed inside out and then turned by hand to show the finished leather.  My issue is for many many decades we did not see this issue.  Any advice on how to remedy this would be much appreciated.  I am not sure if it is an issue with our leather, machines, or if it is causes by the person using the sewing machine.

Thanks,

Rick

It looks like your leather is 'giving' or stretching, allowing the needle hole to enlarge/elongate.
