Singer 211 spring

I am looking for a reverse spring for a Singer 211.

The spare part number is 267415.

Have you googled the number?

First find was in AU

I know AU - Denmark but still an option.

Alternatively I would check parts lists of similar machines like Seiko LSW, Brother LS2 or similar, also look for similar Consew models. Just a guess, I don´t know if they are all the same underneath the flat bed.

If you find nothing, check with some of the known Chinese sewing machine parts dealer on Ebay and ask if they can get you the spring. I did that before and they came up with what I needed. That probably is the cheapest option.

Just some suggestions.

I have seen the one in Australia, but with thoughts of tax, fees etc it might be too complicated.

A good friend of mine is often in the US with his job. He has brought a few items back to me, when needed.

My 211 doesn't use a spring like that. Instead the spring hangs down from the top cover (near where the belt goes down) and hooks the reverse lever directly. If you absolutely can't find the correct spring, you could probably implement something like that.
