Cattleman Report post Posted September 28 Glazing is usually an intentional process done to seal the leather... Alot of exotics are glazed. More likely is that at some point that leather was placed on a surface that had something on it that transfered to the leather and acted similar to a glaze or sealer. Yeah this particular side of veg-tan leather the wallet back was cut from, had 1 area that was really shiny, almost reflective so to speak. No way a random drip/spill/smear was that precise on both sides. Or, maybe something on the tool you backgrounded with.
