HoneyB Report post Posted October 26 Good day fellow leather workers I’m having a hard time finding anything about using a twin/double needle on a 146rb-ish clone. Looking for a zigzag machine to bartack webbing, stitch loop splice in kernmantle rope, and would I’m curious about being able to use a twin needle to add for some variety in what I do. thanks for your help !! CowboyBob Report post Posted October 26 All double needle machines need 2-bobbins(hooks) so you can't make a double needle out of it.if you did since it only has one bobbin, the stitch will look like a zig-zag on the bottom side, causing the thread to wear through quickly.
