Luke Hatley Report post Posted December 17, 2007 (edited) bugsy, i have made a few, back in the 60's i did enjoy makin them. the only downfaults are it will be heavy on your head if you use firm leather, i did use veg tan leather. If you use chrom tan the hat will be floppy and might not keep the shape that you want it to have. the only instructions that i have seen was the Tandy Pattern. there were 3 types of hats that could be made from it.
