Members BUS Posted April 29 Members Report Posted April 29 First post, and also just finished my first tooling project. Unfortunately, in my excitement to antique it, I put the resist on and woke up this morning realizing I didn't strain it. 🤦‍♂️ I'm wondering what my options are? Would leaving the antique on just a little longer to help darken it up help, or is that a terrible idea? Thanks Quote

Yes you can . . . and when you do it . . . take a block of wood . . . rice bag . . . put something under the item so that the sun hits it directly . . . not on a slant. I put mine out somethime mid morning . . . make sure I get them in before dew falls at night.  Sometimes it really . . . really turns out nice.
