Hey everyone, just wanted to post a quick introduction before asking my questions in other forums. I hardly consider myself a "real" leatherworker but I do enjoy making small, uncomplicated one-off projects for myself from time to time, like this knife sheath, and tool pouches.

At this point, my leatherwork is mostly a vessel for my lazy stitch beading, which I've been doing forever. There was a time when I was selling these plains-style hatbands.

I created an account here mostly because I have some specific questions about saddles, which will be posted in the appropriate place.

Just wanted to say hi and that I greatly appreciate the incredible talent on display on this board.

Cheers,

Dreamwalker

Man, I like all that beadwork but there's no way I'd have the patience for it.

Welcome aboard and enjoy the forum.

Very cool! Not often I see beadwork show up here. My girlfriend (Métis & Cree) and I (Mohawk & Patawomek) are learning beadwork at the moment and it is quite the exercise in patience (but, very worth it!). Welcome to the forum!
