Members Dreamwalker Posted May 28 Members Report Posted May 28 Hey everyone, just wanted to post a quick introduction before asking my questions in other forums. I hardly consider myself a "real" leatherworker but I do enjoy making small, uncomplicated one-off projects for myself from time to time, like this knife sheath, and tool pouches. At this point, my leatherwork is mostly a vessel for my lazy stitch beading, which I've been doing forever. There was a time when I was selling these plains-style hatbands. I created an account here mostly because I have some specific questions about saddles, which will be posted in the appropriate place. Just wanted to say hi and that I greatly appreciate the incredible talent on display on this board. Cheers, Dreamwalker Quote
AlZilla Posted May 28 Report Posted May 28 Man, I like all that beadwork but there's no way I'd have the patience for it. Welcome aboard and enjoy the forum. alfredleatherworks Posted May 28 Report Posted May 28 Very cool! Not often I see beadwork show up here. My girlfriend (Métis & Cree) and I (Mohawk & Patawomek) are learning beadwork at the moment and it is quite the exercise in patience (but, very worth it!). Welcome to the forum!
