Dear Sir/Madam,

I am from the United kindom. My full name is John Shiebert and I currently work at Graff diamonds Limited and I've been looking to designing and building a watch for myself. The concept is make a durable watch with parts of a mammoth, hence for me contacting you via chatgpt that put me in touch with you.

The idea is simple... The main base of the watch case is stainless steel and the movement is La joux, with a sterling silver dial with a mammoth tusk outer ring with set black diamonds.

However I would love the strap of the watch to have a mammoth leather strap, backed with calf leather.

What would you charge me for a sample size 200mmx100mm with shipping to the UK or would this be a project you'd want to do yourself? I'm curious

My email address is shie-bert-john@out-look.com and I look forward to your response and your earliest convenience.  Remove dashes in address.

Kind regards,

John Shiebert

I think this really ought to be in Help Wanted but then every post is going to require mod approval. I'll leave it here and see how it goes. For what it's worth, the IP address says London, England. Mammoth leather is going to be a challenge to source.

Mammoth tusk is a; very hard to get and b. most is un-usable as it has petrified. As for Mammoth leather, impossible to get. I think some mammoth hides have survived, in Canada and Russia, but not generally available to the common buyer.

I think the OP is whistling in the wind and winding us up

Yeah, no telling. IP address looked right and they're not asking for anyone to send them money. Who knows?

@Northmount, the move makes sense, too. Appreciate the tag in.
