Members RLB_Patterns Posted June 29 Members Report Posted June 29 Hey everyone! Just finished this new pattern (28x20x7 cm). I decided to add an Intrecciato-style weave on the front pocket to give it some texture. I’m trying to figure out the vibe — do you think this design leans more towards men’s or women’s style? Would love to hear your thoughts! The pattern can be found here: https://royalleatherpatterns.com/de/products/crossbody-sling-bag-pattern Quote
CFM chuck123wapati Posted June 29 CFM Report Posted June 29 The vibe it gives me is a saddle bag off a Harley, but I don't think a biker dude would carry it lol. That's not a bad thing, though. It is a really nice design. Do you do all the sewing? How long to construct this? Is it lined? Quote Worked in a prison for 30 years if I aint shiny every time I comment its no big deal, I just don't wave pompoms. “I won’t be wronged, I won’t be insulted, and I won’t be laid a hand on. I don’t do these things to other people, and I require the same from them.” THE DUKE!
Members RLB_Patterns Posted June 29 Author Members Report Posted June 29 That’s so true, I don't think every biker dude could pull it off! 😂 To answer your questions: If you hand-stitch it, it'll definitely take quite a bit of time. On a sewing machine, though, it’s just a matter of a few hours. Honestly, the Intrecciato weave is what eats up most of the time! Quote
