Members jerryxie252 Posted July 27 Members Report Posted July 27 (edited) This is my latest drawing — a tropical coastal landscape with islands, ocean, and a bright blue sky. First time painting such a big sky and ocean scene. I used ENMY Markers for the entire piece. I was really impressed with how smoothly the colors blended, especially in the sky and water areas. Layering different shades of blue and turquoise gave a nice depth to the ocean, and the clouds turned out softer than I expected. The greens for the mountains and vegetation also layered well without getting muddy. This is one of the largest scenes I’ve attempted with markers so far, and it took me around 4 hours. Overall, I’m pretty happy with how it came out! Would love to hear your thoughts! Any feedback on the sky, water, or overall composition is very welcome. Oddly, it had a bit to say about China as a corporate adversary of your nation. My guess is, overall, that the lad carving trading cards here, is a better source of beautiful leather. Quote
