JUKI TSC-441 Presser Bar Dimensions?

Hello, I have a question regarding the JUKI TSC-441.

Could you please help me measure the presser bar, specifically the presser bar located behind the needle bar?

I need the exact original dimensions, especially:

* Overall length
* Shaft diameter
* Length and position of the grooves
* Groove diameter/size, if possible

This part is not available in Indonesia, and the presser bar on my machine has been modified incorrectly. I would like to have a new one made by a local machinist, so I need the original measurements.

@Ismail hyra leather  - I split you into a new topic and tweaked the title a little. Your post seems to have all the information a person would need to respond and not depend on that 6 year old thread.

Lots of us have 441 clones but there's no guarantee the measurements would be exactly the same. Surely, someone has a Juki they can check for you.

I have a problem with my Juki 441 sewing machine. I bought it used, but I recently discovered that the upper feed bar had already been replaced with a custom-made part and is no longer the original factory part.

 

I would like to restore my machine to the original Juki factory standard. Unfortunately, this part is not available in Indonesia, so I have to have one made by a local machinist.

 

Could you please measure the length of the original upper feed bar on your Juki 441 and tell me the measurement?

 

I only need to know the overall length. I would really appreciate your help. Thank you very much!

I would help but my 441 is not a Juki, it's a knock off.  We'd have no way of knowing if my presser bar is the exact same dimensions as the Juki.

This activity will push the thread up to the top so it gets another look. Maybe someone who has a Juki will see it.
