Members firephil Posted April 30, 2009 Members Report Posted April 30, 2009 I have a never used Gomph round knife that has never touched a stone. A tool guru told me it was one of the early ones due to the way the name was put on in small letters. It was found in a fishing creel at an estate auction. My question for ya'll is what would you do with it, use it or not. I will try to post a pic tomorrow . Quote
Members yotebuster1200 Posted April 30, 2009 Members Report Posted April 30, 2009 I know what you should do with it. you should give it to me LOL.. My birthday is coming up and I could use a round knife Quote
Members rawhide1 Posted April 30, 2009 Members Report Posted April 30, 2009 use the hell out of it!! What's it good for if it aint being used or send it to me and I'll use it!!LOL Mike Quote
Moderator bruce johnson Posted April 30, 2009 Moderator Report Posted April 30, 2009 I'd use it, and I'd hide it when I wasn't using it. Keep a dummy out for people who need to cut wire, chop nuts, or open a coconut. Quote
Contributing Member TwinOaks Posted April 30, 2009 Contributing Member Report Posted April 30, 2009 If you're not going to use it, donate it to LW.net. Here it can be purchased through silent auction with the majority of the proceeds going to help fund this site. Quote

Members Kevin Posted April 30, 2009 Members Report Posted April 30, 2009 This is part of my problem in life, I would feel that I am only a temporary caretaker and put it in a shadow box and hang it on the wall. And then when I die, somebody would just throw it in the trash not having any idea what it is. Kevin Quote
