If you are doing a repair, you might want the long neck because most reins are made with crap leather and they leave it thicker, so the normal studs aren't quite long enough. Do not get them from Weaver, because someone "redesigned" them for them and they are HUGE and totally useless. Sorry, but I'm at home and don't have the number.
