Fathers Son Report post Posted November 7, 2009 This is an open letter to all the contributers of this website and Johanna. I can not say THANK YOU enough for the wealth of information that you all make available and share with people like me. Often when looking at a person's project someone will ask how it was done and multiple people reply with how and not just a short outline. But, generally fairly detailed information, sometimes with drawings or samples. I enjoy looking at the beautiful work that you post and share with us. At some point I will post some of my pieces which have a long way to go. As a self taught person I have learned a lot from the website and reading some of the Al & Ann Stohlman books lately. Thanks to all of you, Fathers Son PS Consider supporting the website if you do not already.
HARVEY Report post Posted November 9, 2009 Yep, it has been my experience --- even from the days when I first began --- that leatherworkers have to be close to the most supportive people in the world. Aside from those toadies who praise absolutely everybody and every single project, most folks are supportive and constructively honest. You'll ALWAYS find somebody willing to help. It's a fine group of people here! Harvey Los Angeles
