Hi Crissy,

I agree, you did a nice job painting it. The picture gets a little blurry when I open it, but the blending looks good. One thing you might try sometime is putting a coat of high gloss varnish on the eye. That really helps bring an animal portrait to life. The one I'm using right now is Delta Ceramcoat Gloss Varnish but you can get different brands. Thanks for sharing the pictures.

Hi Crissy. Nice work on the pup! Bulldogs have such soulful eyes, and you seem to have captured this well. I have to agree with Clay B. about the high gloss finish on the eyeball. Other than that, it looks great! Thanks for sharing.

oh yes! I would have never thought of that (gloss on eye) thank you very much. she is a sweet bull dog I should have put the pic of her next to it for comparison but did not think of doing that I have finally finished it and will attach the end result soon.
