First try on blocking parts for dyeing

Hi folks,

i here are the results of my first trys on blocking parts of my work with resolene before dyeing and on dye only the background. 

The dove came out of a acrap piece when i was overwhelmed bye boredome First pic is after carving and beveling, second is after dyeing. 

The third pic is of my cellphone case i finished yesterday evening. i dyed the background manually with a brush and then used antique finish on the whole piece. 

I used antique finish on the flesh side, too, because i made spots with it there and tryed to get an even colour. 

I'm sure there is much i can improve. Let me know.
