ToddB 68 Report post Posted September 25, 2010 Johanna, wildrose and CitizenKate , Please review the two attached documents, both dated January, 2010, regarding the subject. The last interim report I received from Johanna on this issue was........... over seven months ago ! Have any other members reported having the same issue ? I know your staff is working hard to resolve and reply to members with problems and questions, so I'm sympathetic to your side of the equation, but wondering if IPS (maker of the website program) is being diligent in their efforts to diagnose and fix the issue.
