Members Gregmw Posted March 2, 2011 Members Report Posted March 2, 2011 Hi again, I was going to buy this book " The Art and Craft of Leather: Leatherworking Tools and Techniques Explained in Detail" and was just wondering if any body has any comments on this for a beginner -carving.. Thanks Greg Quote
King's X Posted March 3, 2011 Report Posted March 3, 2011 If this is the same book that I have in my library and up for sale. It is a plain beginner stage book with good information and resources. Depending on what you are looking to get into with leather, this is a good selection. If you are getting into carving, the Al Stolhman Leatherworking Manual is a very good all around book. Good luck! Sorry. Quote Greetings from Central Texas! The Grain Side Up blog #TheGrainSideUp
